Write. Burn. Let Go.

Welcome. If you’re here, it means you’ve received one of my Write. Burn. Let Go. ritual kits—a small, tangible invitation to begin again.

This kit was created not as a piece of merchandise, but as a personal ritual—a way to let go of what no longer serves you and plant new beginnings with your own hands. There’s no mysticism here—only a moment of stillness, intention, and release.

Each element of the kit is intentionally connected to nature—from the handmade cotton paper to the seed card you’ll plant, to the natural flax cord and the biodegradable glassine envelope that holds everything together. Even the tissue wrap is made from 100% recycled fibres. It’s a kit designed to feel close to the earth—gentle, thoughtful, and sustainable.

Below you’ll find instructions for your ritual, and a guide to planting your seed paper. Take your time. Make it yours.

The Ritual

1. Write

Take the blank sheet of handmade cotton paper.

Let your thoughts, burdens, fears—whatever you’re ready to release—move from your mind onto the page. There are no rules here. Be honest. Be kind to yourself.

2. Burn

When you're ready, carefully burn the paper in a safe, fireproof place. Watch the smoke carry away what you’ve released. Feel the weight lift, even if just a little.

(Please take precautions: burn outdoors or in a well-ventilated space, away from flammable objects. A metal dish or fireproof bowl is recommended.)

3. Plant

Take the seed card—printed on plantable paper embedded with daisy seeds, a symbol of hope and renewal.

Follow the steps below to continue the ritual: letting something new take root where something old was released.

How to Plant Your Seed Paper

Planting your seed paper is a quiet act of hope—a way to grow your intentions into something living and real. Here’s how to begin:

Step 1: Soak

Place the seed card in a bowl of room-temperature water.

Let it soak for 24–48 hours to help the seeds awaken and prepare for germination.

Step 2: Plant

Prepare a small pot with fresh compost or soil.

Gently lay the soaked seed paper on top of the soil and press it down lightly with your fingertips, making sure it has good contact with the earth.

Water generously after planting, and keep the soil consistently moist (but not waterlogged).

Step 3: Nurture

Find a warm, bright spot—a sunny windowsill is perfect.

Daisies thrive in warmth (18–24°C / 65–75°F) and gentle care. Check the soil regularly to keep it moist, but be careful not to overwater.

With time, patience, and care, you’ll begin to see tiny green shoots—small signs of new beginnings.

Step 4: Grow

As the seedlings grow and bloom, let them stand as a living reminder of your journey—proof that even the smallest acts of letting go can make space for new life.

A Note From Me

Write. Burn. Let Go. was born from a place of wanting to create my own endings—small, personal rituals to make peace with the past and open the door to new chapters. Life doesn’t always give us clean conclusions, but rituals can. They give form and meaning to what’s otherwise invisible.

As you move through this ritual, I hope it brings you even a little peace. A reminder that letting go is allowed, that growth is quiet but certain, and that even the tiniest act of planting hope matters.

The Connection to Burning Bridges

This ritual kit was created alongside my song Burning Bridges—a portrait of emotional collapse, of self-sabotage, and the complicated, fragile hope that something might survive the fire.

The song captures the quiet violence of self-destruction, the push and pull between wanting to connect and believing you don't deserve to. It moves between soft vulnerability and fierce, chaotic release—much like the act of writing, burning, and planting.

Write. Burn. Let Go. is a tactile extension of that story. It offers a way to take the invisible—the hurt, the regret, the weight of what you can’t carry anymore—and release it into something physical, something you can let go of. And in its place, you plant the possibility of something new.

There’s no promise of instant healing. Only the small, stubborn hope that after the burning, something beautiful might still grow.

Please remember: growth is a collaboration with nature. While every effort has been made to give you the best chance at flourishing flowers, not every seed may bloom. Trust the process.
